College Hill Forum (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates www.collegehillforum.com as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services, including memberships, donations, and community discussion pages.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership/donation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Overview

College Hill Forum provides membership-based access to community discussions and nonprofit programs.

Non-members and public account users may create a login using their first name, last name, and email. These accounts have restricted access: they may only read and comment on discussion board posts.

Creating topics or new discussion posts is reserved for paying members. Paying members have full access to membership-only pages and features.

Membership tiers include:

• Individual Membership

• Household Membership

• Business Membership

• Lifetime Membership

2. User Accounts

Creating an account requires providing accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. College Hill Forum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Community Discussion Pages

Members may create new topics and posts, while non-members/public accounts may only read and comment. Users agree to:

• Respect others and communicate courteously

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or threatening content

• Keep discussions relevant and constructive

College Hill Forum may limit or suspend access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

Content on the website—including text, graphics, and design elements—is owned by College Hill Forum or used with permission. Certain materials, such as the logo, are owned by third parties. Users may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting content, you grant College Hill Forum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content for website operation.

You warrant that you own rights to your content and that it complies with these Terms. College Hill Forum may remove or restrict content that violates Terms or community guidelines.

6. Membership Payments & Donations

Payments and donations are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors. Contributions support a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided “as-is.” College Hill Forum is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from website use.

8. Termination of Access

College Hill Forum may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
