The Neighborhood Support Program (NSP) is a grant that is provided to each Cincinnati Neighborhood Community Council. The purpose of the NSP Grant is to fund resident-controlled projects, improve the leadership capacity of Community Councils, and recruit, train, and increase the productivity of volunteers.
Each year the Community Council's NSP Manager will create a proposal for both the community and a designated city-wide NSP Review Committee to vote on and approve. Votes of approvals are required in order for the funds to be released to the Community Council. Grant cycles typically being March-June and end between November-December.
